Klunkhardshof
Klunkhardshof is a large timber-framed house from the 15th century, one of Rüdesheim's oldest surviving buildings. It was built for the Klunkhard family, who held local influence; a family member once served as abbot of Eberbach Abbey. The building remains in private ownership, so the experience is limited to viewing the exterior and appreciating its place in the historic streetscape.
