Odeon

Odeon is a compact Roman-era theatre at Ephesus. Built in the 2nd century AD, it served both as an odeon for musical performances and as a bouleuterion for council meetings. The semi-circular seating rises in about 23 tiers and much of the stage building and podium survives, including restored sections and columned façades.
